Our stay at LaQuinta Inn and Suites at 600 Bypass Rd in Williamsburg, Va. was substandard. I had called prior to staying there to attempt to assess the facility. It, of course, was filled with misinformation. We checked in and out almost immediately after seeing the room and the lack of cleanliness. I am requesting a full refund. We immediately checked into a Marriott property where everything was clean, safe and comfortable.

The property itself is rather nice and I've stayed here before. The problem was that the lobby when we came for breakfast was freezing cold! The thermostat was only reading 46° and you could see your breath while you were sitting down eating. It was really really cold. Also outside the door to the middle of the hotel or cigarette butts all over the sidewalk which looks like they haven't been swept up in forever. But my biggest complaint was having to go down and make breakfast and eat breakfast in 40° weather inside a hotel.

Wyndham is probably going to SELL this property SOON THE BETTER! Room smelled like bleach. What happened in the room that it had to be doused in bleach? Staff roamed around in House Slippers. Could not even get dressed for work

Prices were fair, location was good, and breakfast was more than expected. Quailty and condition of room left something to be desired, but in my opinion acceptably, but not great.

Price was reasonable and the location excellent to where we wanted to go. The breakfast bar was very good except it closed early. The room was a good size. My only complaint is that the coffee maker is something to be desired. Bring your own maker if you can.

Older property. Decently clean. There was a left over hat in one of our rooms and a child's hair bow in the other. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

this location was clean but very worn out. it needs a complete remodel of the rooms. i did enjoy the breakfast. the bed was comfortable. i stayed here seven years ago--it looked the same. nothing has been done to update rooms.
