Check in/check out was very smooth, although their room key bracelets made of sharp plastic scratched my wrist and had to be cut off. Other resorts with these combination wrist bands/room keys have done it so much better - such as rubber bracelets that don't scratch your skin. Lots of luggage carts available, which was a welcomed plus. Plenty of activities for the kids, but many are not announced/advertised. We didn't know about dance parties, yoga, bingo, story time, and several other things that occurred in the main area and only discovered they were going on by passing through on the way to something else. A daily event schedule would have been nice at check in. All of the activities were fun, but be aware that the MagiQuest is meant for older kids that can read and follow the quest, and takes hours and hours to finish everything. It keeps them entertained as long as they understand the tasks. Youngsters will need an adult to go everywhere with them to explain and guide them to the next task. Keep the wand that you get for the event, as it stores what has been done so far and can be used to continue on a future visit. Bowling was fun, as was the Laser Tag. CAUTION - there is some kind of sticky coating to the inside walls of the laser tag room that will come off on your hand and clothing if you lean on the wall while watching your kids play. It was like paint that eventually could be scrubbed off my skin, but would not come out of the sleeve and shoulder of my shirt. The arcade was like a Chucky Cheese, but with better games that worked better. Ticket winnings were decent, prizes were ok. The room was clean and nice. Plenty of towels, all the drains worked properly. However, the bed was one of most uncomfortable I have experienced in a long time. We were on the top floor at the end of the hall, so noise was not a problem. The breakfast buffet was very good - once. But the exact same items offered the next day was kind of discouraging. Overall, it was a very good trip for us. We will be back if only to complete their quest
