Everything at the property where I stayed was very nice clean and quiet. Rhe only thing I did not like is there was not one trash can in the bathroom living room or bed room, other that that great property

First, the negative. The resort is located on a corner near a stop light and a major highway and can be challenging to drive into the property, but once you navigate your way around Williamsburg and this intersection, you'll find a way to make this easier. But, this is the only negative comment. Check in was easy and plenty of parking. Check-in was efficient and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for us and met our needs well. The property is located near fast take out, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else one would need. Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown which were the main attractions we wanted to see. One of the better exchanges we have done. I would recommend this resort.

Our suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped for our needs. Staff with whom we interacted were courteous and were able to answer a few questions we had regarding our time in Williamsburg.

The location is very near Colonial Williamsburg and lots of restaurants. Our room was very clean and neat and the furnishings seemed updated. We asked for them to switch out a Keurig for a regular coffee maker and they came right away. We were very happy with our room and there were 2 large flat screen tvs too. There was a nice pool but it was too cold to use it. Overall a nicely run place.

Patriots Inn staff was friendly. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable stay. TV in the living room area needs to be bigger. Appreciated the extra security of using the room key to enter the building. Would definitely stay here again.
