I have been to the Inn multiple times but staffing problems have begun to affect what was once premier service at this hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities ranging from the spa to golf are top notch. However, the restaurant staff and bartenders have no tenure and some lack dedication to service one expects of a 5 star hotel.

We were welcomed by staff on arrival and we enjoyed the warm ambience of the hotel.The bar and dining facilities were excellent.Our room was lovely and I would highly recommend staying at the Willimsburg Inn for a marvelous experience.

We stayed in an original home directly in front of the Inn. From day one, non-stop issues, including, but not limited to: door wouldn't lock, air conditioning not working, bathroom items missing. The list goes on. The only saving grace was the Inn's manager, Cathy, who made things right with us. I would not revisit.

Elegance. We felt as though we were stepping into another world. Tulips were in bloom all over the grounds. Lovely artwork was displayed throughout the inn. All personnel were friendly but never overly so, and we received from them entirely helpful information to make our stay easy to navigate. Room service: wonderful! We highly recommend the in-room breakfast of an avocado toast plate and also the eggs Benedict selection. The inn's Terrace Restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed perfection of service. We shall eagerly return next spring to this luxurious getaway.

I love that they give some dessert wine and chocolates every night. There is exercise classes daily too. The restaurant is not too great, but their service is good.

Lovely, clean, cozy hotel. Beautiful setting, grounds, patio/bar out back overlooking the golf course. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had plenty amenities and comfortable robes. In room dining for breakfast was hot, excellent, and set up on time. Dinner at the Terrace Room was great and had excellent ambiance. This is a really lovely hotel. I highly recommend.

We chose to go to Williamsburg for our Babymoon and it was the best decision! Accommodations were lovely, the staff was kind and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, the spa was amazing and relaxing and visiting Colonial Williamsburg was exciting and worthwhile. We plan to go back and bring the little one!

Thank you, Adrian and all the staff!!! My father is fighting parkinson's and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff pureed his food. A beautiful, hostorical inn. Very comfortable and so many surprises. Fresh rose and other flowers, bailey's night cap and chocolates. Such elegance and comfort! Thank you!
