we are staying in your hotel from May 15 until May 22. The first day we came in the air conditioner cool mode noise like construction site. We only use fan mode until it was really hot of the last night, but the noise made us sleepless the whole night. I called your front desk. It was sold out until I insist to change room. When he called back it was 1 hour later, we were too late (almost midnight) to change it.
By the way, the cleaning service is really bad, no coffee bag, no face towel, no shampoo. That made us unpleasant during the stay,

Took me a while to find because it has changed to a Days Inn and the driveway isn’t very well lit. Other than that, everything was just fine
