Clean quiet and relaxing...Big comfortable bed... Location is close to home I love it. Great breakfast only thing is they need to serve turkey or beef sausage and or bacon for the people who does not eat pork.

Staff was very friendly. Ease of check in. Checked in early with no problem. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade soon. Rooms are 80s/90s looking. Clean, but no USB ports and a bit worn - nostalgia looking.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Barhtub shiwed some patch work to repair something. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was nice with many options.

Check in couldn’t find my reservation, likely I kept confirmation;go to room one of the keys didn’t work; go in room, refrigerator is making loud noise, went back to check in & got another room; new room no hangers; and of course only one key worked; check out- no one there waited, called out, hello, hello? Cleaning saw me waiting, but made no attempt to find them; wrote note, left on keyboard.

The hotel lacks cleanliness. The shower curtain is a yucky plastic and too long. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. The room is not situated for business/work. They have the desk shoved into the corner. One pro is the friendliness of the front desk staff. However, there are too many better options close by to choose from which are much better and not much more money.

Unfortunately, this hotel was not up to Marriot standards. Poor first impressions - the sign was faded and the front glass doors squeaked loudly. Lobby was small, very dated, no seating area. The third floor elevator slammed loudly every time we used it. Not in a particularly attractive area of Williamsport.
