We were in town for a memorial service, this inn was a great home away from home, we especially enjoyed the ability to gather as a family in the rooms downstairs. Another highlight was learning a bit of history of this special "millionaires' row".

It’s the only place in town for us. Even though breakfast is no longer made for guests, snacks, coffee/tea etc are available as is access to the common areas of the home. Very clean, well kept.

The property was spectacular and definitely the best choice to stay when in Williamsport! Beautiful finishes, historic details, spacious interior, parking is super convenient right by the property. The host is friendly and set up a nice breakfast for everyone in the morning and entertained with engaging conversations. Leslie also had beers, cold water, fruits and snacks for everyone in the house which is unbelievable and superior to staying in any hotel. Definitely recommend!!!

We came to town for a family wedding and the innkeeper could not have done a better job welcoming us and helping us with some travel glitches on our end. The inn is exquisitely renovated yet super cozy. Breakfast and conversation - including learning local history - in the morning with other guests yet plenty of privacy If you prefer to keep to yourself. When life takes us back to Williamsport, we will certainly book here.

WOW! WOW! WOW! What an absolutely gorgeous Victorian Inn! From the minute we entered, we appreciated the craftsmanship of this beauty! We enjoyed the walk on Millionaire’s Row. The Inn is clean and the hospitality is great. Leslie was very helpful and available for any questions. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this gem!

Comfortable , clean and so fun to be with your own group we were 6 couples and each had our own bath and bedroom. It was great to have a place to hang together while in house on the mani floor. The Inn keeper came both mornings and made us the most delicious home made breakfast and shared stories about the house and family’s history. You have to like the older, Victorian vibe. We usually stay in hotels , this was a first for us and we would definitely go back to the Herdic Inn .

Amazing from start to finish! From our first call with Leslie she went out of her way to help plan and prepare a delicious homemade breakfast buffet for us as well as welcoming cheese and fruit platters. She was available as needed and all communication and instructions were clear. She even met us on arrival to give us a tour! The Inn was comfortable and it was perfect for our group of 6 couples attending a local event at Lycoming College. It was a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Located in historic “Millionares Row” with a great restaurant option next door. Would highly recommend.

I can't say that I love this place. Good news, it is close to downtown on 'Millionaires row' and it is beautifully restored old historic house. Bed was comfortable and antiques everywhere. Price was good, comparable to a Comfort Inn close by. The downstairs is beautifully restored, interesting and very roomy. The innkeeper may or may not be on the premises, but we never met or talked to her. We booked via a phone call with someone, and a text message from the innkeeper for door access and general instructions. Our biggest surprise was that there is no breakfast. Imagine that. A bed and breakfast with no breakfast. Like another reviewer, we stayed in the Balcony room which is in the back of the house and overlooks the back of other old buildings and parking lots. Our first impression after opening door #5 was, "It's a bathroom!". After going through the rear door to the bathroom, down a short hall, past some steep stairs, there were two doors. One had a touch button lock on it and that was our room. The other went out to the very nice, large balcony with two inviting chairs. The room had an antique flare to it with appropriate furniture including a small slant top desk, dresser, and a beautiful headboard on a queen-size bed. There was a very small closet, and another door that was blocked off. I'm guessing this was the cook/housekeepers room back in the day. Room amenities included a small TV, two clean wine glasses with cork screw, and two very small bathrobes. Although there was no coffee in the room, the room does have those steep stairs that go directly to the laundry room and kitchen, where I made coffee in the morning in my very small bathrobe. My bathrobe was the larger of two, but if you are over 5'7" it is small. (Forget about 6') Bathroom was roomy with all the essentials with the possible exception of a hair dryer. (At least we couldn’t find it) If your tired of the standard hotel rooms and looking for something different or historic, this would be the place. If you're looking for something convenient or functional, probably need to look elsewhere.
