Good but a little old

This was the second time staying at the Holiday Inn which we really enjoyed our time there.

Good area and quiet. My room was a little dated but that’s to be expected. Restaurants on site, and nearby made it a perfect choice.

I’m town for one night visiting Penn College. Nice comfortable stay. Room was clean. Restaurant staff was awesome and the food was delicious.

Stylish, clean room. Friendly staff. Delicious dinner at hotel restaurant and bar.

Convenient: walking distance to community arts center, which is why we came.

It's quite difficult getting to the hotel entrance from the main street. You'll actually need to travel through some alleyways.

Staff was courteous, but not all front desk staff were friendly. We checked in late and one bed was broken and fell when my husband got on it. We told the front desk, and they said maintenance would fix it the next morning while we were out. We returned late again and nothing had been fixed. Front desk said they couldn’t take anything off our bill because we had paid through a third party. Since we were checking out the next morning, they would give us a gift certificate for the James restaurant rather than switch our room. The next morning, the front desk person had no idea about any of this, but said they would add the gift certificate to our account for our next stay. A broken bed should not have to be tolerated on a 2-night stay.

Everything was clean staff was friendly and helpful we were pleasantly surprise with the amazing outdoor area with a jazz band and wonderful food!

Not happy, the service and food in the restaurant was poor. Housekeeping only made the bed and emptied trash can. Numerous guests including myself searched both properties for a luggage cart and were unsuccessful. Theere was no air flow in the hallways. It smelled and felt very musty.

Nice hotel in the block of hotels in Williamsport. Parking somewhat limited but there is a garage across the street. Our room was nice. There were 2 queen beds which we always need when travelling with the family. We were just there for one night while passing through

Right downtown and we walked everywhere. The staff went out of their way.

Could hear a lot of hall noise. Toilet seat was cracked completely through the wood. Bathroom sink stopper was broken. The building clearly needs some maintenance. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
