Was given a king room and when we arrived the lock on the automatic door was broken so it would lock and unlock every minute or so. When we asked for another room we were told they only had double beds available which wouldn’t work for two people at the price we were paying. When we told we were leaving and requested a refund we were told only the manager could approve that and now they had a king room available but it was marked as not clean in their system. We said we didn’t feel comfortable staying in a room marked unclean and left. I’ve now called the manager 3 times for a refund and he hasn’t returned my calls. Do not recommend, horrible customer service.
