About a month ago, I booked this inn in a small American village on Ctrip for 9.30. The payment was deducted when I checked in at around 5pm yesterday and received a $50 deposit. I paid an extra 1,200 for the lowest price guarantee. Of course, I have to ask Ctrip for a refund. Ctrip said that it would take a day to find an agent to handle it. They still haven’t refunded the price difference to me. They asked me to provide proof of deduction. Isn’t the bank text message bank statement evidence? Everything has been provided. If it is not a hotel deduction, I was wrong. I didn’t know that Ctrip and the agency were so shady and charged so much money. I booked so far in advance and it was 1,200 more expensive than the price of the hotel on the day.
