The hotel was clean. It really needs to indicate on your app that they are pet friendly and charge $20 per pet. I had to let them know at the desk that I had a pet. That is when they told me there was a $20 charge.

The Baymont Inn was very convenient to downtown Marietta. The room was very big. It was clean and very quiet at night.

I was expecting a hotel with limited amenities, and I am quite comfortable with that. However, I am not comfortable with the hotel that is not clean. The carpet in the room was so dirty. I didn’t want to walk on it. The chairs had torn, upholstery. the sheets appeared clean for which I was thankful. The bathroom was not clean and we did not use it to shower in the end. We decided to check out a day early. Very disappointing.

The room was clean, no odors. The bed was very comfortable. Has a nice breakfast bar with good variety.
Nothing wrong with this property. The price is very good, much less than most of the other places nearby.
