Sind am 1 Mai dort gewesen,wollten nur was trinken ,nach 15 Min.war noch kein Kellner da.Bin dann rein gegangen um zu fragen ob um jemand Getränke bringen könnte,darauf wurde geantwortet wenn wir mal Zeit haben ,kommt jemand.Meine Antwort darauf,danke dann fahren wieder. Scheinen auf Gäste die nur was trinken wollen keinen Wert zulegen.

Great hotel with great staff. Very friendly and attended staff always smiling. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds unfortunately have memory foam madrasses wich are not good for my back. Otherwise fantastic place with fantastic staff. The restaurant is also great with great quality food. Great value.

Waren wegen einem Geburtstagsessen im Restaurant. Essen war gut in der Qualität sowie in den Portionsgrößen. Der Service kann hier leider nicht mithalten. Es war genügend Personal vorhanden, diese haben uns aber wenig beachtet, unser Nachtisch wurde vergessen an die Küche zu geben. Trotz extra gebrachtem Besteck schien es niemanden zu kümmern das wir mehr als 35 Minuten warteten. Selbst in dieser Zeit kam keiner vorbei auch nicht um nach weiteren Getränke Wünschen zu fragen, trotz gut sichtbarem Tisch direkt an der Bar. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann klar das der Nachtisch vergessen wurde. Kann mal passieren, kein Weltuntergang, aber etwas mehr wie eine hingemurmelte Entschuldigung wäre der Situation angemessen gewesen. Das geht besser.

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern abends um 18:30 Uhr verabredet und haben uns auf einen gemütlichen Abend gefreut. Das Essen war gut, aber leider konnten wir uns kaum verstehen, weil es um uns herum so laut war. Nachdem wir gegessen hatten, haben wir bezahlt und sind gegangen. Unzumutbar diese laute Umgebung. Das war das letzte Mal, das wir uns dort zum Essen treffen.

I stay at Ramshof quite often for business. All the staff (hotel and restaurant) is very kind and the quality of the restaurant is very high. I am Italian so, you know, we are picky eaters but in this place you can always find good dishes. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no minibar.

Goed hotel met mooie kamers en goed restaurant. Heerlijke tartaar van zalm gegeten en hert. Als toetje een kaasplankje. De kamers zijn mooi en ruim. De badkamer bevat een stortdouche en is ruim. Het ontbijt bevat alles wat je van een ontbijt kan verwachten Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Location ist ansprechend und man fühlt sich wohl. Leider für die Vorspeisen nicht alle gleichzeitig serviert und das Essen hat einfach nicht die gehobene Qualität wie das Lokal suggeriert. Alles in allem ist es ok - aber auch die Speisekarte ist schon seit längerem immer gleich.
