Via Voordeeluitjes.nl geboekt voor 3 nachten halfpension. Prima comfortkamer met aparte zitruimte en mooi balkon voor 2 personen (tuinset en parasol). Mooi zwembad en wellnessruimte waar we dagelijks voor het ontbijt even gebruik van maakten. Goed ontbijt en dagelijks een 4-gangenmenu geserveerd door vriendelijk personeel. Alles goed schoon en voldoende handdoeken en badjas. “Meine Karte” beschikbaar waarmee OV gratis en heel veel entree’s gratis (mooie service). Kortom: een terugkomer.

Super unfriendly staff! Two of us only wanted to drink a beer after a nice day. First male staff was kind of „ok, follow me to the restaurant“–invitingish, second completely unfriendly female person told us, that we are not welcome! Thank you for nothing!

De ontvangst was goed. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met bad/douche en balkon en zeer proper zoals gans het hotel. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid zelfs met sekt. Diner is zeer afwisselend zelfs 5 gangen en heel lekker. Parking is gratis. Zwembad is zeer aangenaam als ook de temperatuur.

Goed hotel in het plaatsje Usseln. Vanuit dit hotel kun je mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken. Het ontbijt en het diner is prima verzorgd. Wij hadden een mooie, grote kamer, helaas wel aan de straatkant. Ook de fietsen konden mooi onder dak staan. De coronamaatregelen werden goed nagekomen.
