The front staff was friendly and courteous. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. There is not much around the hotel. There is a Texas Roadhouse. It was a bit dark at night. There could be more outdoor lighting. The breakfast was good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage including bagels. We felt safe in the hotel. It was farther than I expected from UVM, maybe 20 minutes.

This hotel looks like it has been renovated and the aesthetics were really nice. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was ok, the bathroom was not clean. There was remnants of hair and what appears to look like make up spots or blood spots on the wall. We stayed there when there was a squall warning and it so happens that the heater in room 214 didn't work. I called the front desk and they said they will sent someone to fix the issue and no one ever came. I was traveling with small children so the room was quite cold that night for them.
