Clean rooms and quiet, friendly service.

LaTricia & Carolyn checked us in. I've traveled my entire life & these ladies provided the BEST customer service I have EVER received at a hotel! I needed 2 rooms next to eachother, along with other specifications and Carolyn took the time to accommodate our needs perfectly. LaTricia recommended I sign up for IGT Rewards to make sure we got the very best from our stay, and for future stays. She even offered (asking for my permission first) my young son a cookie and small chocolate bar. The continental breakfast includes literally everything you can think of, and the young man overseeing breakfast was so attentive! Even offered to make more gravy when breakfast was nearly over. Also, my daughter had unknowingly left some Airpods behind and LaTricia really went above and beyond, tried calling me twice, and left a voicemail. We were able to go back and get them. Thank you LaTricia! Very clean, family friendly, rooms are very well sound-proofed, and have great ventilation. Although, our room with a sleeper sofa was not stocked with extra sheets, blanket, or pillows, & I wish the cable service had more kids channels. I would 110% recommend this hotel to my family & friends. We've found our new 'go-to' hotel for our overnight stays in Williston.

We had a most excellent stay! Bree at the front desk was incredible and we appreciated her hospitality and kindess during check in. The room was spacious and clean, thank you to the Housekeeper who prepared 222 for us on April 25th. And thank you to the Housekeeper that cleaned 222 when we checked out on April 26th. After a long day of traveling and painting, the hot tub hit the spot for our old broken backs. Again, thank you Bree for helping us out 🙏. The beds and pillows were AMAZING and we slept like little tiny babies. Nicole provided us a delightful breakfast with options for everyone, topped with a warm and welcoming smile and attitude. We stuffed our bellies and got high on caffeine before we checked out and went out for another day of painting. Carolyn was lovely and helpful and we might just become IHG Members because of her. We are currently with Hilton Honors and this is our first time staying at this chain. Absolutely needless to say, we loved it and will definitely be booking again. Thank you, again!

Clean and comfortable hotel with a good pool, convenient location, good breakfast, and reasonable rates. Best value for money in the area.

Best breakfast experience by Nicole. She exceeded our needs and requests. She fixed my breakfast exactly how I like and want it. I was there for almost two weeks and she was like night and day compared to the breakfast lady before her. I was very pleased.

We booked this hotel for a basketball trip. Staff was great at attending to our needs of blankets, towels, and trashbags. We chose this hotel in Williston beacuse it was the only one with a hot tub.....the hot tub was out of order at check-in. The hotel was full of basketball teams and there was alot of boys running thru the hallways until about 11pm while their parents hung out in the breakfast room with their refreshments. I had to ask the boys on multiple occasions to stop knocking on our doors (room full of girls) and to stop playing in the elevator.
