I had no shampoo in my bathroom. Full disclosure, I didn't go to the front desk and ask for shampoo.

I’ve stayed here twice. It advertises free breakfast, but sometimes there is no hot breakfast at all. No one ever refills anything on the breakfast either. This time our shower was plugged and the toilet ran constantly. These are things that are easily fixed. Also forgot my shampoo and conditioner in the room and it had magically disappeared when I phoned the next morning.

Did not get the room we booked for; the dishes/cutlery in our room were left in the dishwasher and were dirty; there was bird crap all over the front entrance ; the “breakfast included” service was obviously only available (or they only had enough ) to service a limited amount of guests… we ended up having an option of a couple of biscuits or cereal or an orange…along with awful coffee.
Will never go back there.

Breakfast was cold both mornings. No fresh fruit, but lots of empty bowls. Had to ask for sugar for every cup of coffee. Did not refill the container, just gave me two packets each time. Garbage from previous occupant was left in kitchen drawer. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Great room with a full kitchen area. Staff was great and it was clean. Breakfast was decent.

We needed to change our reservation, not once but twice, and I have to say, I have never encountered such kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond, including management, to accommodate our needs. Their attitude (especially one sweet Asian lady in particular) was genuinely friendly. The double changes were made without question or sense of irritation. Our room was wonderful. You had me at the bathroom nightlight! But then, to discover the duvet was lightweight and real down, I could have hugged someone. And--a full-sized fridge, electric stove, and microwave, all in a motel room? Which nonetheless had a tasty breakfast all ready for us in the morning, with a lovely hostess/cook? Thought we'd died and gone to heaven. Thank you, Mainstay. We have relatives in Williston, and will definitely be returning. Mainstay will be our home-away-from-home, every time. Kudos to an extraordinarily well-run establishment. You all treated us like family.

Room or suite actually, really lovely would definitely recommend and we've stayed in a lot of different hotels in our 35 years of traveling, this is in the top 10 for sure
