Advertised pool on priceline/expedia and we booked because of it. Turned out the pool had been closed or non-operative for 4-5 years according to staff. One room had no A/C (staff tried turning it on but no luck), ended up changing rooms at 12:00 at night with the help of a rude (and different from earlier) night manager. Breakfast was skimpy, with quite a few items out of stock. We may be getting a partial refund for the problems experienced... Seems like hotel needs management.
