Loved the Western theme and that all the rooms were off the courtyard. This kept street noise to a minimum. The bed was comfy.

The stay was fine. The breakfast offering was at a local chain restaurant, which was $5.00 but the fare offering was laughable, i.e., one egg, one sausage, two pieces of toast, etc., which if you're a kid is acceptable but not for an adult.

Although there was a discount offer for breakfast at the Lumberjack restaurant, and I was given a voucher for having stayed in The Old West Inn, I was NOT told that I had to go online and register for that discount first. If anything was mentioned, it was difficult understand the person who gave the voucher to me through the plexiglass barrier.

If you are gonna stay in Willits then stay at the Old West Inn. They accommodated several groups in our party over weekend. The way the rooms are situated make inviting to gather outside. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. My family will never stay anywhere else in Willits and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Willits

The rooms are perfectly fine. The facility is spotless; it is incredibly well maintained. And I dare you not to smile as you enter the patio area from the back parking lot; the ambiance is "the best of the west."

No carpet, which is a lot cleaner. Nice shower head which is a plus. Huge TV. The common area outside the rooms are strung with lights with different places to sit & relax or visit with friends/family. Friendly staff. Quiet little motel is our go to every time.

I reside at the Old West End frequently because I drive in from the Bay Area to work. This family owned and operated business is clean, safe, and centrally located. The recent aesthetic upgrades include outdoor lighting, comfortable courtyard seating areas, secure parking area, and charging outlets for EVs. I highly recommend this comfortable location and it’s professional staff if you need to spend time in Willits.

The only bad thing about this place were the mattress, there still using spring mattresses and they felt very worn down. Couldn't sleep all night, turning and tossing.
