First room had no heat, very run down hotel and noisy

Dirty socks under the bed, bed was pulled from wall and when I looked it had dust and hair on box spring under headboard. Tv stand is bowed and cracked. Itty bitty dowel holding window shut. Walls are paper thin. Tv went out and had to ask the front desk to fix and she didn’t seem to happy about having to get up to walk down to do so. Shower was dirty and the shower head is so low I had to bend my knees to use it and I’m only 5’4”. Baseboard heaters in hallway hanging from the wall. Place is something straight out of a Norman bates catalog. Never again.

the heat was off in our room and it took a couple hours to warm the room up. This was disappointing. in the evening we had issues with the TV and felt like excuses, excuses when we called about the issue.

It was QUIET. Exactly what I needed. Employees were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Also, everything was clean and neat.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we didn’t have any issues with noise.m. Our major complaint was that the beds were not queen size.

the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not function. Could not plug in any devices in the bathroom. (the hairdryer provided on that wall was not functional for that reason). Had no one tested it??
Hotel would benefit from an upgrade and more meticulous housekeeping.
