In February, I had booked an accessible room for a wheelchair. I spoke to the person on the phone to make sure she received the information I had a wheelchair. In July, we traveled to Willow Creek. The night before, I received a call from them asking me if I was still coming. I said yes. I arrived in Willow creek early, so we went to eat lunch. An hour before check in, I received a call telling me someone booked the room for a week and so it was not available. I argued that I had booked it in February. I had printed out the confirmation. Now you are calling me one hour before check in because you decided to make more money with a week traveler than a one night traveler. It is Friday afternoon and everything is booked, especially accessible rooms. It was like talking to bigfoot! I hung up and instead of enjoying my vacation, I was stuck on the phone trying to find a place to stay for the night. This place is terrible.

We fish this area a couple times a year and this place is perfect for a couple of guys who fish 12 hours days for 3 days and need a clean place to sleep. Staff has alway been great, and rooms always clean, don’t leave any thing your car of value, because it won’t be there in the morning.

I love the area, the people I saw were nice, the building is a bit run down but still functional. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from outside and other rooms. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. I would stay again.

I rarely leave reviews, but people seriously need to be warned about this place. My recent stay at the Bigfoot Motel was one of the most disgusting, unprofessional, and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed in Room 1, which in the past was always a quiet, tucked-away, nice room. It used to be very clean and one of the better rooms on the property. This time, it was the complete opposite. The only two people I encountered who appeared to be employees claimed to be the owners, which was very hard to believe based on how they acted. The woman (who said she was the owner’s wife or girlfriend) was loud, rude, and completely disrespectful. When I asked for towels, she handed me one towel and told me I would have to wait four hours because she “didn’t have time” to get more. I never received the rest. After all the issues, she offered to let me stay for $50 cash a night “for the inconvenience.” That didn’t feel helpful — it felt shady. Offering a cash deal instead of properly addressing the problems only made everything feel more unprofessional. Meanwhile, her kids were running in and out of rooms, up and down the stairs, and all over the parking lot. It felt like a circus, not a business. I didn’t see a single housekeeper the entire time I was there, and based on the condition of my room, I doubt it had been properly cleaned. There were dirty sheets on the bed, trash left in the trash can, and everything felt grimy. The room smelled strongly of **** and was generally unpleasant and unsanitary. The man who claimed to be the owner was barely around. I saw him once, and there appeared to be suspicious activity happening in the parking lot with people coming and going quickly. It did not feel safe. I had booked two nights but only stayed one because it was so bad. During the night, someone else actually walked into my room, which was terrifying. The next morning, I tried to ask for directions and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or the door. No staff were available anywhere. What’s most disappointing is that I stayed here a couple of years ago and had a great experience. It used to be clean, professional, and welcoming. I don’t know what happened, but this place is nothing like it used to be. It is now dirty, chaotic, unprofessional, and unsafe. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Travelers deserve far better.

The only thing going for this room was that it was clean. Small shower lol, I’m 6’5” 300+ (on a good day), almost couldn’t get through the door. Heater takes hour to warm the room up (barely) and TV was not hooked up to anything. But it’s a smart tv, so you can mirror your phone. It’s better than sleeping in a tent. Lol We were two guys on a steelhead fishing trip for three days, so it was hot shower and a soft place to sleep.

The toilet didn't have a floater so that ran ALL night and day. Two thin blankets and no staff available to ask for additional. Mattresses are horrible.....
