The room was clean, we arrived very late (1 am), the front desk had our keys ready and the check in was super fast.
Breakfast of good quality overall, maybe more variety would have been better.
We did not try the gym and pool.

This is a lovely hotel. The room is spacious & comfortable, the lobby has a nice setting of tables & booths (so you are not stuck in your room if you don't want to be), and the staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed many times at this Fairfield Inn. The staff is always pleasant, the hotel guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby, breakfast area, and elevators are always clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I feel very safe at this hotel.

Reviews seemed hot & cold, but thought it would be fine because of the Marriott brand. Freshly urinated mattress with smell trying to be covered up with window open when we arrived, found bed bugs in the sheets while trying to identify source of smell. Received confirmation email from Marriott stating guests should expect room service every other day - front desk claimed they don't send emails and aren't responsible for any wrong content I'd received. After requesting room service on our 4th day, they made 1 of 2 beds, replaced towels and did not replace almost empty toilet paper. Mgr didn't follow through with all aspects of agreed compensation after writing to Marriott guest service about our experience, and after multiple requests they still can't provide a copy of my bill in any format. Mgr stated situation was an exception, but the room next to us on our last day had to be evacuated and treated for bedbugs, on a completely different floor than we originally found them - doesn't seem like an exception.

Disappointing facility with friendly staff. Problems with a frequently flushing toilet were brought to front desk attention over our 3 night stay. The problem was never resolved. Our room was only "cleaned" once during the stay, and we were left without toilet paper, tissues and drinking cups. The seating in the breakfast area is worn out and unappealing. We were partially compensated for the shortcomings, but would have preferred to pay the full price and avoid problems.
