The hotel facilities are very new, but the white woman at the front desk I met during check-in was the worst I have encountered in the United States in so many years. She was ignorant, arrogant, and took the initiative to cause trouble for others. When booking a room with Ctrip, it is necessary to register the actual guest. The room I booked for our old lady could only be registered using my old lady’s passport name, but this white girl didn’t want to use her passport to register and needed an ID with a photo and address. When I said no, she muttered. Then when checking in, you must use the old lady's credit card as a guarantee, otherwise you will not be able to check in. The old lady didn't have a credit card, so I asked her what to do, and then she said something about her responsibility and self-responsibility. Over the years, I have stayed in dozens of American hotels and seen dozens of hotel front desks, and she is the only one who is the best!

This was an unplanned stop on our trip, but probably the best hotel we stayed in. Staff was wonderful. Plenty of parking. Smaller room, but met our need. Had a fridge with freezer in the room. Breakfast was the best we had - well stocked and had healthy options (even had packaged Gluten-free muffins and bagels, which I've never seen before at a motel). We probably won't be back through her again, but would recommend this place.
