I ordered food and the lady at the dinner wrote a tip on the receipt without my permission ! Staff charged me twice for something I paid for. I’m
Very upset about this. For 300 a night service was not what I expected. The front desk was very nice and tried to help me but the tip being written without my consent was very uncalled for !

It was a nice hotel on the riverfront easy to where we needed to be. It state it had a pool and it did not. Also only 1 elevator was working!

I stayed at the Westin Wilmington as I was visiting some friends. I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeting by very genuine friendly faces. I was checked in and, in my room, very quickly. I am a Bonvoy Elite Member r, and I was recognized and offered all my level Benefits. The restaurant River Rock Kitchen really stood out. The food was fantastic and the staff so eager to serve. I had dinner and breakfast, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay.

It is a clean hotel but pretty spartan for the money. The hotel staff checking me in was in no way welcoming, and apparently believes a smile requires too much effort. It is located in a nice part of town, but the hotel offers little in the way of amenities. I found it hard to believe that a hotel for which I paid $300 per night would charge for Wi-Fi (at $12.50 per day). I didn't expect any breakfast and was thus not disappointed on that. Not sure where else there is to stay in Wilmington, but I would search a lot harder next time.

The room was updated and very clean. They gave us plenty of towels. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

One of the glass shower doors didn't slide properly ( informed the front desk on check out and they promised to look at it)
