Good service, dated hotel, bathrooms and carpet need upgrades, bar was good, food was good, water pressure in bathrooms were not that good at all, oxidation in bathrooms, carpet worn out. Good WiFi

We were here for a wedding event. The venue was beautiful and staff was friendly/helpful. The rooms were outdated, one of the queen beds had a dip in the middle and the shower pressure was less than adequate.

We had a wonderful stay at The DuPont. It’s a very impressive hotel. Our valet Charlie was very professional and did a great job getting our car and packing us up very quickly.

with attention to detail and facility, it could have been a five. as stated in review there we problems that should not have existed with accommodations in the room, and with the room itself, which had no heat. however, your staff would respond quickly, nicely and professionally. none of it should have been necessary. someone needs to pay better attention when turning the room over.

This historical hotel is beyond beautiful ! The lobby, the events rooms and the restaurant Le Chevalier are exquisitely decorated. The room itself was luxuriously decorated, the bed very comfortable but unfortunately the heat was not working….I was freezing ( I’ve visited right before Christmas) I’ve complained to the reception and luckily an engineer with an assistant promptly addressed the issue. So worth it. Experience the old-world charm. You will not regret it. The room was large with an entirely separate sitting room and desk area. The bathroom superior; sporting both a shower and a deep soaker tub! Truly a spa room. Simply, spotless.

What a beautiful location in the City of Wilmington. You walk in to a beautiful lobby, the smell is amazing, the environment is cozy. The old age mixed with new accommodations made my stay wonderful. There is a beautiful private, quaint bar, or a large open dining area. if you walk to the other end of the building, it has a market style cafeteria area with any food you would every want. I really enjoyed the location, the closeness to other stores and restaurants and the cleanliness.
