Check in was terrible ……….. so bad. Never had to wait till 4:30 pm for a room. Overbooked and no communication from management.

Our mini-suite was pleasant, comfortable, and quiet. It’s unfortunate that the only adjacent parking is a pay lot. The only major negative of our stay, though, was that one morning the free breakfast area was overrun with traveling mock trail students, so there was no breakfast meat, the scrambled eggs were cold, the oatmeal container was nearly empty and what was left was very runny. Clearly, the person restocking the breakfast bar was scrambling but seriously in the ****s. It would be helpful to bring in an extra staff member for a few hours when you know that you have an unusually high number of checkouts expected on a particular day.

Room smelled good. Bed and linens were clean. A good overnight experience. A little more attention to cleanliness is recommended. But overall a 9/10. Would stay again.

Our only complaint was the bedding. we had a king bed and the sheets did not fit the mattress it was an uncomfortable sleep as they constantly got bunched up or came off the mattress. it appeared to me that housekeeping used 2 top sheets to make up the bed, therefore the bottom sheet did not fit at all.............

The hotel is in a great location especially for attending events at the Chase center. The hotel could do some little things to make it 5stars, like improve the breakfast offering. The eggs were terrible, very little bacon was available (and what was left was burnt). We went to breakfast at 8:30. No other protein options (greek yogurt). Bananas were all green. Additionally, an elevator was not working all weekend and the entrance was wet and very SLIPPERY. Bad weather weekend but extra mats should have been at the front entrance to make the tiles less slippery.
