Arrive Wilmington

We love ARRIVE! The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. There's a big courtyard w/lots of different settings for guests to hang out. The employees are super nice and helpful. Everyone greets you w/a smile.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Right in the middle but built so that you feel isolated when on the property. The rooms are super nice, we stated in one of the suites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze and the onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious!!

The room was lovely and tasteful, the bed was comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chair outside our 2d floor too with a view of the gardens. The hotel location is convenient for walking downtown and exploring the beautiful historic homes in the neighborhood. We had a nice breakfast at the restaurant.

The rooms aren't large, but they are renovated and very well designed. The shower and bathroom were as luxurious as we've had in much larger rooms! We loved the hotel and would stay again. Its charm, location, and the friendliness of the staff were all big pluses.

Cute boutique hotel. Great location. The rooms are exterior entry if that bothers you. I enjoyed it!

This is an incredible hotel. We have traveled the world and the level of hospitality at this property is unprecedented. We had packages held for us days before our arrival, the restaurant stayed late for us to ensure we could eat after a 4 hour delayed flight and the grounds are magnificent. The F&B manager even walked us to our suite and assisted with packages. One of the classiest and most impressive spots and easily the best hotel anywhere in Wilmington. Dram Yard restaurant is top notch, the rooms and suites are beautiful. Morning coffee and in room dining was delivered in a flash. Staff cold not be any more awesome. Epic place!!!!! We would return to Wilmington just for this hotel.

Was staying for five nights. I’ve never had to complain about a hotel until this one. Woke up on day 2 and the hotel room full of ants they were all over the sink. Within a few hours, We was offered $75 refund a night considering the room was around 400 that was nothing. They did move us rooms after 3 hours to kill the ants by that time ants have moved to our luggage because they had come down the wall. The hotel manager that came out to address the issue didn’t care at all. Even after seeing the video I had recorded . The nice front desk guy called her for the second time and she said she had other things to do. She could have cared less our stuff was getting ants in it! I told him I was not leaving the lobby until she came to speak to me. She came in stood there looked at me and didn’t say a word nor did she say who she was. After she looked at me about 10 seconds I asked her if she was the manager. She told me nothing could be done because nobody was there and maintenance did not return until Monday and then stated housekeeping, doesn’t come in until later. I clearly got upset after that and Duncan the front desk guy started calling his managers and doing the best he could do to help. It was a mess and again $75 given back to have to move all your stuff and have to kill the ants is insane. For all we had to deal with and that price there should not have been one ant in that room. I think I’m more upset with how we were treated if that would have been their stuff they would have been highly upset. I don’t want the same thing to happen to other people. That night they already had somebody else staying in that room. There is no way to kill ants that fast when they’re inside the wall. That being said maintenance did not return until Monday so there is no way anything could have been sprayed before they placed somebody else in there. The detailed receipt we received says ant infestation. So be very careful and cautious when booking here.

Excellent location within walking distance to fabulous restaurants as well as the onsite restaurant, friendly staff and a very comfortable bed.

We have been touring the beautiful cities of the south and this was my favorite stay. Arrive Wilmington is beautiful and thoughtful inside and out. The rooms are gorgeous and super comfy. The outdoor space is above and beyond. In the evenings there are 6 fire pits and a tiny tiki bar - the landscaping and lighting lead you to forget that you’re in a city and just steps from lots of bars, restaurants and waterfront. Highly recommend!
