Good English country pub with accommodation. Reasonably priced pub type food, well cooked and served hot. Long serving friendly helpful staff. Quiet nice unobtrusive a**osphere , clean tables and toilets. Plenty of parking and well lit. Good to get somewhere which lives up to expectations .Quiet background music.Looking forward to next visit. Too few places like this around

...delightful landlord and lady and very pleasant staff. If you enjoy a very traditional English pub with excellent basic food and very adequate accommodation at a fair price, I recommend staying here. This must be wonderful in the summer as the gardens and outside seating area are extensive.

Very clean and comfortable room. Service was very good and hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. Beautiful setting in lovely old inn.
The only thing I would suggest is to have a full-length mirror in the room.

Stayed here as a couple on route to wales what an amazing find. Staff were so helpful attentive and pleasant. Lovely garden which is ideal for those with children as they have an amazing play area. Pretty little Brook in the middle so very relaxing. Room was really nice and comfortable. Had dinner there which was home cooked and really nice so good I even managed 3 courses. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back
