This place is a dump! We walked in and walked out without staying. Don't stay at this place! And shame on ******* they should not allow places like this on their site. I'll end up paying even though I stay and couldn't change my reservation. How do you know the place is bad until you see it? Long time ******* user, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Yikes- this place needs help. We may have lung cancer from just staying 1 night. The chair in the room actually had the stuffing coming out from the cushion and torn slipcover. Everything was old and broken.The fact that card key folder had been used to assign various rooms in the past was the first clue and the downhill from there.

There was nothing I liked. This Inn gives a bad name to Quality Inn.
The safety latch was off the door.
The bathroom door was warped,no hook on the door. Bug trap in bathroom with bugs in it. The carpet was dirty.
The hot breakfast was only sawage. There was no pictures on wall. The front staff at check was very nasty to deal with. I will never stay at that hotel anymore!!!

The swimming pool was extremely dirty and the whole pool area looked closed, despite it was high season. The reception was open, but I found these guys sleeping in sofas and I started the breakfast myself. The hole concept was poor. ******* promised me a gym at their webpage but the staff did not know if they had or not, after 3 days one of them said, sorry, we have no gym...

Stay away! No TV, No telephone and breakfast was absolutely awful. The toaster was broke and the clerk on duty encourage me to use metal tongs to get my bagel out of the toaster. I could not get in touch with management to get anything addressed.

Atrocious. Front desk rude, abnoxious, threatening. Wants actual photocopies copies of licenses and of credit cards beyond booking information already provided. Room dirty, with peculiar odors. 45 minutes spend with the front desk guy just sitting literally stairing at my wife and mine licences and credit cards. It was late, but when asked whether he had a question, just kept saying you’re free to leave.

The hotel was so hot from the second you walk in the door. The room was also hot and we had to call the front desk to find out how to turn the AC on, it was so complicated. The room was not clean, there was toothpaste splatter on the bottom of the bathroom mirror and a used travel size tube of toothpaste on the sink. The lock on the bathroom door was missing and the hole was filled with dirt. The drain plug was broken and was laying on the side of the bathroom sink. The entire hotel was disgusting!

The facility was dirty. Stains on the bedding, roaches in the room, carpet was wet in the room, room had a very bad odor. Would never stay here again.
