Location is very good. Bathroom needs some work. Service needs some more improvement.

Clean and tidy, it's even better with free bus service to the airport.

The hotel windows are broken and the water pressure in the shower is too weak. Also, when you finish eating the buffet, you will be in a bad mood if you don't give a tip to the clerk. Price does not match service

This price is really good

I stayed in the Hilton for six nights. Overall this hotel is a very solid choice. The room was large and comfortable with most of the core amenities. It could be improved by stocking the mini bar, adding some bath robes and a hairdryer. The breakfast has a decent buffet with an omelette station. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is well located - with the Supreme Court building across the road and several banks nearby. The gym has a couple of running machines, a cycle and two cross trainers. There’s a small selection of free weights. The swimming pool is a bit incidental. There is also the sky bar which offers a good view across the city.

Excellent location, great staff - knowledgeable, smiling, helpful and efficient! Impeccable room of outstanding interior. Toproof swimming pool and bar with magnificent view over the capital of Namibia. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast and restaurant options - flawless! No need to look for anything else in Windhoek!

I just arrived to the Hilton Windhoek after 4 nights in Sossusvlei. This was one of my favourite Hilton stays anywhere in the world. Check-in was friendly & prompt. My room was spotless & a good size with all the required amenities & great wifi. The shower was fantastic! Lovely rooftop pool area & bar. I enjoyed apps & wine in the executive lounge followed by a light breakfast the following morning. Hilton arranged a car to the airport for me at a reasonable price. Unfortunately my stay was too short for only one night. Thanks for your hospitality!

I was at Hilton Hotel for a technical meeting. Unfortunately forgot my laptop charger on return back to my duty station. I was impressed with the sense of responsibility by Ms Violet to trace the item and organize sending the items by courier. I am very Impressed with support from Violet to recover lost but found items. Thanks to the entire team that recovered this item.

Justine and Alta were so helpful and friendly for my first stay in Windhoek. The room was gorgeous and I had a garden overlooking the city. The bed was also quite comfortable. Had a lovely stay here. Looking forward to the rest of my trip and glad it started with Hilton
