After paying for a room we were told to find somewhere else to stay because it was too late at night and she didn't have time to take care of our booking. He said she already closed and reopened and that we had to find somewhere else to stay. She charged her card and now she's lying about it saying she didn't charge it but in our account it's been charged will not give us a refund and it's not their problem it's the banks or the card holders problem.
