There was No hotel! Since 2 years there is council house for homeless people. We was left without room for night n had to looking for something else. Luckily we paid via paypal n got refund from them quickly

I had a similar experience to a prior reviewer.DON'T make a reservation here! I'm from the U.S. and because of a canceled flight at Heathrow, I had to find a hotel for the night. All hotels around the airport were booked. I called a number which I thought was for a specific hotel but instead, it was an individual (or company) that makes reservations for many hotels. He tried 2 and they were full, and then booked me at the Oyo Vale. He said once booked, I can't cancel the reservation. I took a cab to Oyo Vale which is in the middle of a neighborhood. When the cab driver and I pulled up, we both thought it didn't look like a hotel. It has no signage and a security metal door on the front. Someone opened a window and asked if I was planning to stay there. I said I had a reservation and he said it's not a hotel and hasn't been one for some time! Fortunately, the cab driver was still there so I could get a ride back to Heathrow. My credit card co. will reverse the charge.

My family and I had a pre-booked night and we have a baby. When we arrived to check in we rang the doorbell for about 20 minutes. Finally a man answered who said that the hotel has not been open for a year and there is no accommodation. In the meantime, I received emails that they were waiting for us, and even the next day I received an email to rate them and to give them a feedback how was our stay. Do not go there, they are frauds and you will stay on the street like us!
