Delightful! Caroline was such a gracious host - very helpful and informative which made our stay even better! Breakfast was amazing and you could see the love and care she put into the place!
We highly recommend Park Farm B&B and would definitely stay here again!

Caroline was a wonderful hostess, accommodating and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. The room was beautifully furnished and warm, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was out of this world! We spent six hours walking around and didn’t feel the need to stop for lunch as our breakfast stayed with us so well! Will definitely be visiting again the next time we’re in the area.

Perfect for my nights stay that I needed near to Windsor Town Centre.
Easy to find
Caroline the owner was very welcoming
stayed in The Deer Park room overlooking the front of the house
On a main road but didn't hear any traffic noise.
Bed was lovely and comfortable.
Slept really well.
And lovely cooked breakfast the next day.
Just what I needed
Good value for money.
Especially compared to some of the hotels where there is no parking or high parking charges
Would highly recommend.

We just spent 2x nights here when exploring Windsor . Our room was so clean, comfy, cosy , warm with everything what we needed. Bathroom was spotlessly clean with all toiletries provided. We felt very comfortable and would use this place again for sure. walk to town centre is 25 min circa. there is traffic outside and there are planes above you all day long but that is because Heathrow airport is so close, so if you want to explore beautiful Windsor- something to consider. Breakfast was great- Caroline will cook you full English or any other eggs and there are fruits, yoghurts, muffins etc. We really enjoyed our stay, I would love to talk more with the owner about Windsor and the area ,but she was very busy and not really have time to listen to us, which was a bit disappointing . But there is a lovely folder in the room , which explained us everything, so we had no problems at all. thank you
