Did not allow people to check in early. After being told on the phone we can (drive 3 hrs wanted to change before attending a wedding at 1). We came back between the ceremony and reception had 5 mins until 3pm. She rudely said to other it isn’t 3pm. The guy ahead of me said well we have been waiting a very long time and it is 2:55. We got there and was checked in fast. No hassle with checking in. Glad we reserved cause a winter storm was brewing and good to be in one place. They had a snack maching, ice, drinks, and excellent breakfast in the morning time. Furniture was up to date and well in all I can't complain one bit as all was great. Thank you for our stay and will hope to see you next Christmas time. Also any time we needed help Staff was just awesome.

I booked this hotel through another online booking site. This place was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Apathetic and unprofessional staff. I should have been warned away by their ”rules” list that refuses any refunds after 15 minutes. When we drove through the poorly maintained parking lot to park, there was lots of illicit activity happening in the back of the parking lot. When walking in, the stench is overwhelming and garbage was on the floor. Had it not been so late after 12 hours on the road, I would have left then. The rooms were not that clean, had a few bugs in the bathroom, and in the morning, we discovered that there was no hot water. When I pointed it out to management, and asked for a 10% refund, their answer was we had been there for 12 hours and the water should be working, so no refund. Do not come her or bring a family. There are several nearby hotels for similar prices that are much safer and higher quality.

Love this place, our home away from home! My kids love the breakfast and the rooms are way cleaner and cozier than most of the other hotels nearby . Same quality as Hilton garden in, But better service and staff!
