We wanted a hotel with a restaurant and bar, music. We tried to call to make sure they had everything we were looking for but no one answered the phone. I left a message but got no return call. So we booked a room, non refundable and we’re wry dissatisfied to find out the restaurant was closed for remodeling, no food, not even snacks or coffee. After a long drive we just wanted to stay in the hotel and not have to go out again. Very disappointed.

On their web site, they advertised a hot tub and a dining room. They had neither. The dining room was being renovated and, therefore, the place was dirty. When I complained, I was told to "write a bad review because they had plenty of good ones." I would never stay there again.

Restraunt under remodel, so had to go elsewhere for dinner. I would stay here again. New restraunt should be done before my next trip.

We discovered after checking in that bedding on one bed was dirty - gross goop that looked like snot on side of bed. Bedroom carpet was stained and not vacuumed. We arrived at night about 9pm, front desk staff person was un-attentive (waited 15 minutes for her attention) and very unfriendly & rude. Restaurant not fully operating although notice on ******* said it was still open (Nov 25th). When I complained about the bed, manager would not compensate in ANY way - we only asked for a discount on an already inflated price of $170.

This a pet-friendly hotel and if you get a room on the parking lot, it is really easy to take dogs out to go potty.

Stayed one night traveling between California and Idaho. Not a bad place, didn’t have a chance to gamble but the beds were comfy and the heat and AC worked great.
