I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Reading by IHG and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made getting around simple. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning or recommending it to others visiting the area.

I love the location, receptionists are always friendly and courteous. The rooms a and bathrooms are clean and tidy. However the pillow cover under the very clean pillow case in one of the rooms I stayed in had hair on all of them! Not sure why but something needs to be done about it as it caused hives for me. I was moved to another room and had a great sleep afterwards.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Clean, good amenities. Breakfast was below standard, overcooked bacon, sausages, coffee machine out of order, therefore as breakfast was a let down below expectation for Crowne Plaza.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The spa is a great but please remember they turn everything off long before the official closing time to get you out the door earlier.
