Good hotel, great staff, clean, comfy, evening food reasonable, breakfast freshly cooked to order which is so much better. Accessible room great as bed could be raised.

Didn't interact too much with staff as they were rarely there. Think it's a crime to charge £10 fir early check in when it'ds only an hour early, it never used to be that way. It's OK if you wanted to check in before 13.30. The hotel is very quiet despite there being main roads and a railway line. We had a room at the back and barely heard the trains. Cooked to order breakfast is ideal and the poached eggs are amazing. The food in the Bar + Block restaurant is very, very good

We had a lovely sleep in a comfortable bed. We left early to go out with Mum for the day and were greeted in reception by the lovely Francesca. She looked up, smiled and said “hello how nice to see you again how are you both” . Of all the people she must see how nice it was that Francesca remembered us. It made us feel special. We would like to thank all the team at Winnersh for always making our stay a happy one.😊

Terrible checkin auto system and staff required 4 attemtps. Staff blazing personal music in ear didn't realise they were staff. Smoke smell in room didn't go or get alternative room. 2330hrs wake by staff. No phone call back from manager. Sign saying about thefts from vehicles!!

i brought a band over from usa we wanted early check in. The staff went above and beyond to get the boys to their rooms. well worth the extra £10

Really enjoyed my stay here, we came for a family get together in the local area. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. The restaurant was lively and fun and breakfast was fantastic. Bedrooms are very clean and new. We will return again another time.
