We rented a room for 3/14/2026 through Hilton Honors. Upon arrival around 8:30 PM, I waited in the lobby for approximately 5–10 minutes before an employee returned to the front desk. We were assigned Room 222, a double queen room. The room initially appeared decent and the beds were comfortable; however, one set of sheets had visible makeup stains. The wall switch for the AC unit did not work, so the temperature had to be adjusted directly on the unit near the window. The room also lacked USB charging ports. The television setup was odd. The base from an older TV was still bolted or glued to the entertainment center, while the newer TV was positioned behind it. It looked unfinished and was honestly comical. The body wash dispenser in the shower was completely empty. When I went downstairs to request a refill, I was given two partially filled bottles that appeared to have been taken from another room as the double sided tape was still attached. The employees stated they did not have access to the supply closet keys. When I asked for three replacement towels, I was treated as though the request was unreasonable. Despite offering to exchange our used towels, I was only given two. My wife went to the lobby to get hot water from the beverage dispensers, but the hot water container was empty. When she asked if it could be refilled, she was told to simply get hot water from the room instead. The main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool and “hot tub” (using that term loosely). My kids were excited, but upon entering the pool area it became obvious our expectations were not going to be met. The windows throughout the pool area were covered with a white film or oxidation and appeared old and neglected. There was also a large rusted mechanical door resting on the floor. It quickly became clear that neither the pool nor the hot tub heaters were working. One of my children pointed out that a window was open. When I went to inspect it, I discovered the entire bottom portion of the window was missing. This meant anyone in the pool area had unrestricted access into the rest of the hotel, which raised serious security concerns to my family. Additionally, several tiles in the pool area were broken or missing, and we had to request pool towels from the front desk. Management and Hilton should be embarrassed by the condition of this property and the way it is being managed.

The place shouldn’t be open. I’m a Hilton Points person. First the elevators have been down for a month, the front desk ad no top to it, the place was warm and felt damp and wwe were greeted with bed bugs. Absolute disaster.

Confusion at check in had me paying again for a pre-paid room (later refunded by management). Room was ok, curtains were hanging off the rail (fixed the following day). A leftover coffee pod was in the coffee maker which made me uneasy about the cleaning efficiency...No housekeeping service so no clean glasses, bed left unmade, no clean towels; stains on the carpet and elevator floor...I was told by 2 different desk clerks that a) housekeeping is an extra service or b) housekeeping is on alternate days so if you have a 2 day stay you don't get any. Breakfast was miserable. All i usually have is oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. The "oatmeal" was a soupy grey water with a few cold oats at the bottom, the fruit tray had only one apple.. i didnt want to touch the egg substitute or "sausage" because there was no dining room attendant and i couldnt be sure it was yesterday's. I pointed out the oatmeal soup to the front desk clerk on my first morning, but there was no change on day two. Hampton is usually my go-to on cross country trips but this one doesn't match their usual standard, will find someplace else next time.

Young lady at front desk was very helpful. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. Nice toiletries, Nice coffee setup in room. Very happy overall

I would not rate this Hampton Inn very highly. The front desk was not customer friendly and the overall experience was disappointing. I made my reservation months in advance, yet when I arrived at 4:00 PM, I still had to wait another 30–40 minutes for my room to be ready. The pool and hot tub area should not have been open for guests. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and even had a missing window in the pool room. When I arrived at the front desk, the employee was sitting in the lobby area on her phone. I stood there for about 5-8 minutes before she got up to check me in. Overall, the service and maintenance at this location did not meet the standards I expect from a Hampton Inn.

Hot Tub Cold / No Soap in room No clock in room. After driving for hours and choose this hotel for the Hot Tub and Pool then cant use it to relax cause water was not even luke warm. We will not stay again.

Hot water took forever and then was Luke warm. Only one lamp in the room. Bed was uncomfortable. No ice bucket. No water offered at check in. Staff missing at check out so we left our keys on front desk and did not get a receipt.
