Staff was professional and courteous. Check-in and checkout was seamless. The room was super and I slept great. The whirlpool was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was a generous bounty.

Very nice,new, clean hotel. We were on the second floor and could hear the people walking above us pretty well. That would be my only complaint. Breakfast was good!

This Fairfield Inn is still the newest hotel in Winona. The reservation process on the Bonvoy website, the location, the rate, parking, landscaped grounds, refrigerated case with snacks and beverages for purchase, complementary daily newspapers and the desk staff members were all excellent. Tracy was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, hard-working, responsive to requests, organized, and customer service oriented— definitely an asset to the organization. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, multiple electrical outlets and USB ports, and lots of places to hang clothing. The spacious bathroom had a large vanity counter and a good shower, but the toiletry dispensers were not as easy to use as those at other hotels. The window did not open, and the air filters were slightly dusty, but the air quality was good after cleaning. The breakfast was excellent with interesting and delicious hot crustless quiches and a variety of fresh fruit. I’m really glad we stayed here!
