There was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected.  The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty.  The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor.  No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.  I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. My 6-year-old daughter sustained a serious injury and lost her toenail due to a sharp, unmaintained crack on the pool floor. Management filed an incident report, but now the General Manager is completely ignoring our emails regarding medical liability. They are trying to sweep a child's injury under the rug. Absolutely zero accountability, zero communication, and an unsafe environment. Avoid this place at all costs.

We didn't have breakfast, but the service was above and beyond. I have never been to such a friendly and welcoming hotel. The 2 queen bed suite was very spacious with a full size fridge, dishwasher, and portable cook top plus more. The room also had a lot of drawers, cabinets, and shelving.They met our needs when we asked for anything without hesitation. They also treated our dogs as if they were family. When we visit in the future this will definitely be the hotel we stay at again!!

I was very pleased with my stay! Everyone was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice hotel to stay in in Winston Salem.

Staff were polite! Room was good. Floor had a weird smell. Pool wasnt the cleanest. Overall would stay again!

The overall stay was good, everything was clean and easy. The breakfast was the only thing I was disappointed in. There wasn’t very many options and didn’t look appealing. But other than that great stay.

The breakfast menu was not very fresh. The organization of the buffet was odd. Example - the microwave was on a trolley, and the trolley had raised sides so you could not open the microwave door more than a few inches. The oatmeal pot was under a plastic bar cover, but that made it impossible to open the lid to get to the oatmeal to spoon it in to the bowls. I mean what is the point of offering these options if they are not possible to work with

Building in good condition. Room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast but my husband did and enjoyed it. Extra sheets, pillow, and blanket were already in the room as we needed to use the pullout in the couch.

The hotel was clean and freshened daily. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was somewhat tight, but we found a spot daily. The breakfast was a step up from a continental breakfast and the cook was very attentive. Overall a very pleasant experience.
