On our way we read a lot of negative reviews and were not expecting much. Our stay way exceeded any expectations. Room was well-equipped, spacious and clean. All common spaces were nice and neat. All personnel super nice. They could have used some extra hands at the breakfast. The lady seemed a bit overwhelmed but the quality didn't suffer. We used street and public parking just round the corner which was free.

This has been an awful experience. I understand not getting daily room cleaning BUT I do expect to get daily Towels and wash cloths. Each request has been IGNORGED. The Room Service line is busy all day and no calls go through. You have to literally go down to front desk and they act like they are assisting by taking a note to pass on to Housekeeping but then NO ONE ever comes to your room with the requested items. How are you going to put 3 towels for first day with 2 occupants and that's all. Crumbs seen on the floor in hallway days ago still there. No one in hallways cleaning rooms or nothing. Housekeeping is pretty much non existent. A Room nearby had plates and trash sitting outside of room and no one picking it up for days. This hotel sucks and I will never stay here again!!!!!! You should really not consider staying at this particular location.

On checking in we had a reasonable welcome. However, after that we found the hotel to be run by convenience for the staff, and not in the interest of customer experience. Everything is given as a throw away item. Breakfast has only paper cups and plastic cups, bowls are throw away plastic, all preserves and condiments are single use plastic. Just keep throwing stuff away, and no care for the environment. Coffee is terrible by the way. Worst thing, they don't service your room. We paid $400 per room per night, I would have expected some service for that price. The location is good, hence I will stay there again, but next time I will demand some service for the amount paid.

This is not your average Hilton hotel. This hotel is a bit dated. We had issues with hot water. I guess it was as clean as possible but not fresh like most Hilton hotels. The evening reception offer fingerprint foods...nachos and salsa or cheese and dip.
