The place needs a lot of work. Water stains on ceiling above beds, ceiling in bathroom looked like it could fall down, fridge leaked water, and had to mess with light switches to get lights to come on. We were supposed to get breakfast in morning and there was no breakfast available. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful place to say besides some minor glitches. It’s now going on 24 hrs since we turned in our towels and have yet to receive fresh ones. When asked about receiving them the young lady responded with “we are out”. So we shall wait and see if we receive any today. Other then this one incident we have never had issues here before. My family and I strongly recommend staying here.!

I needed a weekend getaway and a break for just a little while to myself without breaking my budget. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay again soon!

It wasn’t under reconstruction, but I still saw a roach in my room. Every time I left out I couldn’t get back in unless I went to get a staff member

Room was ok. But property is going under renovation. So stuff everywhere. Drywall in the halls. Lobby was full of construction supplies. Very dirty. Night desk guy was very rude. People above us never stopped running or jumping or something ALL night both nights. Smelled of **** thoughout entire hotel especially at night. Bed sheets had pee stains on them. Luckily we were not in the room much. You get what you pay for though.

This is not a safe place. When I arrived with my 8 year old daughter after leaving the Children’s Hospital at midnight, the lobby smelled like *****. I should have turned around and left then. My daughter was so tired we went on to the room and found no running water. We were then taken to a second room where we found blood stains on the bed and no lights other than the bathroom. I didn’t feel safe there when I first arrived and should have left then. My daughter was sobbing she was sick and so tired. I felt unsafe enough there that I helped her put her shoes back on and we left at 1am driving with no place to stay. I requested ******* to return our money but they did not. Our future stay scheduled for June was cancelled without refund as well. This place should be closed. It is not safe and doesn’t even have the basics to house people.

Had stayed here 8 years ago. And it was not bad. This stay is worse. They are doing renovations We have changed our own bed linen got fresh towels. I have a handicapped room. We changed room to non handicapped room while they sealed the tub then changed back. Today they started sanding the doors the noise and dust unacceptable health hazard doll area should’ve been sealed off with no guest, where they were doing the job also no breakfast only round back containing the muffin nut bar and danish number of times they don’t have these available for the guest all time. They charge 100 deposit. Also there were cigarette burns on bedding

Where to start… First, this hotel should be closed until renovations are complete. Exterior was poorly lit and not identified as the Microtel (so a challenge to find). It was full of construction debris and dirt. The room was halfway renovated. The heating unit was filthy. There was caulk and other debris in the room and on the walls. Bathroom door didn’t shut. No hot water in the shower. No lock on the door (other than deadbolt, there was no physical bar lock). Exactly one stained bath towel with no towels or washcloths available (I asked). No breakfast, even though I was told at check-in that a continental breakfast would be provided (it wasn’t). I will say the bed was comfortable and appeared clean, so there’s a plus! And the staff that I did meet were pleasant and making the best of a bad situation. Regardless I won’t be back.
