I would not recommend any one to come to this Bedbug infested hotel, yes Winston Salem residents and all surrounding are Do not come to this hotel. Bedbugs is real up in here ..up in here. I have videos and the actual 2 bedbugs that I can caught. if you want to get ate up then Come All to the Bed bug Inn Hotel @ 3810 Patterson ave. Get the blood ****** out of your body.Then the staff and the prejudice owners is rude , rooms is still dirty as well, nothing have not change at all. guest what guys I have something to show y'all. and these people did not even apologize had a problem with me cause I had went and ask if they would let me pay half price for today due to the bed bugs, I was the one getting ate up not them. funny to Me !!? no one should not bring their family to this infested as hotel. this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. --- --- -+-- . Rodeway INN and their stacking stick up BEDBUG ASS. !!!!! DO not come here .

The front desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed him the payment confirmation, itinerary and invoice. And with all due respect to him there was an extreme language barrier which very much hindered our ability to communicate. I was told I was unable to check in until the manager arrived which I was told would be half an hour. After an hour she still had not arrived; so I cut my losses and left.

Run! Run away! They did have excellent customer service as I had no trouble checking in and no problems getting my refund they didn't even try to fight me so I do appreciate that. However this place needs to be condemned. And once it's rubble the earth needs to be salted and burnt.

The bedding had blood in the sheets, room stunk , filthy dirty. No coffee maker

Tv Did Not Work Walls Was Dirty The Filter in the Air Conditioner was extra Dirty & The Room Smelled I had to get some incents

It was an unsafe area, the pictures were misleading.

The mattress is wrapped in plastic, so it crunched at every move. One of the two pillows was just a ball of foam (hardly a pillow). The owner/staff was very rude. Charging me a $100 deposit for a non-smoking room, even though I paid a premium for a non-smoking room on ******* and the $100 deposit was never disclaimed in the booking process. I find it hard to believe ******* would even list this property. I would never stay at this location again. And, would not recommend it to anyone.
