This is the third time we have stayed here. Each time, the staff has been great, our room has been clean as has the hotel. We love this hotel!

The front desk acted has they were doing us a favor. Wearing a blanket around her was ridiculous. Not the person I would want as my first impression when checking in.

The room I stayed is was great! It was clean, comfortable, and I was able to relax. However if you have rowdy people and kids running up and down the halls at 10:30pm. If you call down to the front desk, they won’t do anything to help you.

Terrible experience. We reserved this room months ago and were never told about having to pay for valet parking per night. Rooms were dusty and we couldn’t breathe all night, let alone sleep. Only highlight was that the valet employees were very kind. Won’t return again.

Whether it's the Tru, Hilton, o Hampton Inn, I always have a great experience when staying at these hotels. Great service, great breakfast, and that digital room key is a real game changer.

The valet parking is weird - they literally parked the car 10 feet from the door, but the valet had to retrieve it for us. And there was a lot of confusion when we checked in - wrong room type, then wrong name so we couldn’t access WiFi. It got straightened out, and the stay was good, but got off to a rocky start.
