One of the dustiest places I’ve ever stayed at. Glasses were dirty in the room. Dog hair all on the carpet. Old food left in the fridge from the last guest. The best thing about this place was the recreational area. Servers seem to be preoccupied with the latest gossip. Please do something about that thick ring of dust around the halo of the room and omg we moved the bed and behind it was so must dust I could have knitted my whole family a sweater

Very well situated in Downtown Winston Salem. Great Staff, very friendly and helpful. Good Restaurant, can get overwhelmed at busy times, but menu is excellent. Rooms are nice and clean, nothing special. Nice relaxing lobby and the Bar is very nice. Managers reception is very nice and worth the visit.

I can only rate my experience thus far and I’ve only made it to the hotel lobby and bar. Check in is at 4pm— which is a good hour later than most hotel properties. I’m still waiting for my room, “housekeeping isn’t quite done with my room”, “sorry about the that hon”, said the front desk clerk. It’s 5:20. I had an appoin**ent at 5pm. I guess I’ll be late. No “grab a drink, here’s a drink coupon” and seemingly no rush to get the room clean quickly since I’m waiting. I do want a clean room of course, but c’mon it’s coming up on 5:30 pm folks. Ridiculous.
