Like, like, like, great scenery, beautiful environment, if you stay in winter, I believe it will be a beautiful environment, great, because it is the off-season, there are not many tourists, it is super comfortable to stay.

There wasn't a clear sign as to where to turn in. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping folks were great! The rooms weren't that nice, maybe because dogs are everywhere. There wasn't a sheet over the boxspring and that appeared dirty. The front desk area ran out of coffee and hot chocolate. The lobby area could use a refreshed look and an update. Again, the folks working were wonderful, though!

Overall meh. What stood out the most was that there were no bed sheets on the box springs. This was not unique to our room. Pretty yuck imo.

I lost my ID and credit card a few hours before and they wouldn’t let us check in by all the emails with the itinerary. They would not let us get the same reservation with us paying again with a different card and my partners ID. We had to drive home that night and did not get to ski on Tuesday. I will never consider this hotel again. Especially since we were there last Monday and it was the same guy at the vounter

Convenient to ski slopes with free shuttle. Front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately hot tub was in need of a water refresh (which they did the next morning), and our room only was only stocked with one bath towel for 4 people.
