Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe

Great place

First the pluses. Close to the ski area. Approximately a 3-5 minute walk to the lifts. If you snag a discount on the condo units ( at least 30%) , it is more reasonable than resorts such as Vail or Snowmass. Mary Jane ski area is very good and merits at least a day trip. Now for the demerits. The management takes almost no responsibility for the morass that is the attached and only parking. Entering or leaving the garage is a time consuming nightmare. The property is dirty and except for the ski lockers on the ground floor, there is no place to change your clothes if you wish to continue to ski after the 10am checkout. The condo unit has almost no storage for ski clothes. Best to live out of your suitcase or better yet, stop off to ski Mary Jane and go to the other ski resorts nearby.

Overall the place is great located, right in front of the slopes. Very convenient, the room amenities could improve though.

Overall the stay was good, the location is great and the staff is as great as well. A couple of issues, the hot tub in the building was out of service. Yes, you could use the hot tub in the building next door but this should have been disclosed. The temperature in the room remained very hot no matter what I put the thermostat on, the only way to cool the room was to open the balcony door to let the outside air in. I assume other rooms had the same issue since units that had windows that could open were open. The mattress on the bed really needs to be changed as well as it is extremely worn.

It was quiet, clean and cozy. I would stay there again.

Great location, clean nicely appointed room (we did premium one bedroom). Good service and communication. Why a two star you ask? Well simply put, for the price and for basically being nearly ski in an out (you walk across street and put boots and skis on right at the base of Winter Park, YOU NEED TO HAVE WORKING HOT TUBS. The hot tub at Fraser Crossing was full of snow and not working which was disclosed. But they said just go next door to Founders Point. Founders points hot tubs did not even bubble. Knobs busted off jet control switches and area littered with bottle caps,, pop cans. The hot tub is dilapidated and on it’s last leg. Cracks, cement gravel in the tub, and jets protruding out of holes. Quite simply for what you are charging you better have these in working order. Both tubs obviously need a complete overhaul and this should be done before peak ski season. Nearly 1000 plus a night. Un real and the management / association should be ashamed.

Very comfortable and excellent customer service by the manager she made our stay very enjoyable.

Had an issue at check in, but the staff handled it well and took very good care of me. Will be back for sure.
