Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre.
The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom.
The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink.
We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it!
Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.

The room is very good, the location is very good, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom because it was small and I couldn't give my little dog a good bath, he came dirty from the beach, the breakfast was great

Lovely hotel right on the water front rooms are lovely and clean and staff was amazing will definitely be booking here again as I took my dog with me and even he loved it there so will be going again soon

Place is outdated and expensive for what they offer you, which is not a lot! Breakfast isn’t included and they offer nothing extra. Our room wasn’t clean and our shower mouldy. When I contacted them they were rude to me and didn’t offer any apologies just excuses for the crappy service! Defiantly don’t waste your money on this place. Shop around there lots of b and bs and you will spend less on a caravan then you would in a rubbish room from here…

Would like to than the staff members all for a great and pleasant time . Big shout out to James Lizzy Sallyanne where more than helpful. All staff are very polite and helpful. Room was lovely clean fresh with a great view. Breakfast was lovely and area clean and pleasant. Lots of entertainment and a beautiful spa treat area. Our stay was so nice that we have all ready booked for this coming weekend . Thank you beautiful stay Sandra Ingley.

We booked this hotel for a last minute break with our friends..2 couples and a dog. Called them and got a great deal. On checking reviews was apprehensive. Were able to.park car at 1130 before check in. It was a bit mad, car park already full and we had to just drop keys and leave..I was a bit concerned as they drove them all around.but was all okay! Checked in, room was lovely! Comfy bed, pillows, tv, all very clean, fan provided. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Was a little tatty but didn't affect us at all. Staff all pleasant. Had drinks in bar , pleasant area. Didn't eat there but breakfast looked fab! Would 100% return for the price and location.

Well I never really liked the room as the ceilings were very low and I hit my head several times on them, but apart from that, everything was fine.

Whilst it was good to get an upgrade the double bed wasn't very comfortable. I also felt that an additional charge of £10 for parking was quite high.
