Very friendly staff, free minibar, water bottle offered when leaving.
Comfortable room, clean bathroom.
Only difficult point is the QR-code for WiFi, which is not possible to access with a laptop, only with a mobile phone when connected to 4G.

Since Easter in Ticino was canceled this year, we decided to go on a short vacation: to Winterthur with a visit to Technorama. The Parkhotel is centrally located but still quiet and the family rooms (2 rooms with a connecting door) are an ideal option. As soon as we moved in, the children looked for the hidden Easter surprise - and were delighted to find 2 bunnies. Overall, the hotel is very child-friendly: painting (I enjoyed my welcome drink), board games, children's cosmetics. Sustainability is also very important, as is a good start to the day with the fabulous breakfast. All in all, a successful stay... next time I'll just choose different pillows from the menu...

Great rooms, practical, cupboards just as needed. Very clean, our white hotel slippers, which we brought with us, were clean after 2 days. Free minibar, efficient and friendly reception, good location, no problem getting to Technorama by bus. Breakfast was not overloaded. Good sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon. Easy to handle.

Very friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Lobby and breakfast room are modern. Received a welcome drink at reception 🍸 Room well equipped with bathrobe, safe, reading lamp and free minibar. The pillows were too small for us and the blanket could have been bigger for us. All in all a very sustainable hotel. Room cards are made of wood. Instead of disposable covers, there are wooden clips with the room number on them and all the care products are FAIR CosmEthics! The breakfast buffet was good and there was a wide selection. Coffee was served at the table.

Beautiful room, very bright and the minibar was free. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel also has a great bar/café with an adjoining terrace. The breakfast was also very good in the morning before departure.

We go to the Parkhotel several times a year. We are always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are excellent. There is enough storage space in the room and bathroom. The breakfast is excellent and all the staff are very friendly!
