Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und gutes Restaurant. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Räumlichkeiten strahlen behanglichkeit aus. Die beleuchteten Parkplätze sind sehr nüztzlich und geben Sicherheit.

Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr herzlicher Empfang mit Erklärung aller Gegebenheiten, leckeres Essen mit exzellenten hauseigenen Weinen, tolles Frühstück, unser Deluxezimmer sehr geräumig mit Balkon, auf dem wir die Nachmittagssonne genießen konnten.... Verwöhnzeit pur!

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise erlebten wir äusserst freundliche Mitarbeitende. Die Zimmer - wir waren zu viert und in zwei Doppelzimmern untergebracht - waren modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Kleine Details wie die Möglichkeit, eine Tasse Kaffee zu kochen, die Weingläser für die hauseigenen Tropfen zu nutzen oder einen kleinen Rucksack für eine kurze Wanderung auszuleihen, sprachen uns sehr an. Auch der Speiseraum wirkte sehr ansprechend auf uns und der Service bei Kaffee nach der Anreise, beim tollen Abendessen und beim morgendlichen Frühstücksbuffet war sehr angenehm und überaus freundlich. Die Fahrräder fanden in der abschliessbaren Garage direkt neben dem Haus ihren Platz und wir hätten sogar noch die hauseigene Sauna nutzen können. Top Service zu einem unglaublich attraktiven Preis!! Da wären wir sehr gerne noch etwas länger geblieben, aber der Moselradweg rief... Das Weinhaus Simon ist eine absolute Empfehlung wert!!

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Moselhotel Weinhaus Simon. Buchung und Nachfragen einfach und schnell beantwortet. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr guten, gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer (in unserem Fall das kleine Haus) war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten gut. Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Abends waren wir zweimal Essen. Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr empfehlenswert. Alle Bedienstete waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war alles hervorragend und hatte ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Also jederzeit wieder!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Schönes, großes Hotelzimmer mit großem Bad und Balkon, sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant (nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen, Abendessen à la carte und Frühstück), Parkplatz für wenig Geld direkt gegenüber, es gibt einen Wellnessbereich, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.

A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash.

Ich war im Dezember mit einer Wandergruppe im Moselhotel Weinhaus Simon. Einfach alles war perfekt: der Service, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit, alles trägt dazu bei, einen schönen Aufenthalt an der Mosel zu erleben. Vielen Dank an die ganze "Besatzung". Frohe Weihnachten !
