Rien à redire sur la chambre, la literie était bonne. Par contre la salle de bain est moyenne (chambre 10) pas mal de moisi sur le plafond problème de VMC une odeur persiste. Petit dej au top 👌

Hôtel pratique et assez proche de Colmar ou d'autres villes aux alentours. Le personnel est très bien mais le restaurant qui accueille le petit-déjeuner est trop petit. Les gens dépassent pour prendre les tables sans tenir compte de la file d'attente. Il serait judicieux d'imposer un horaire ou de faire respecter la file d'attente.

Tan solo Manuel , ha sido una persona amable y atenta , el resto de empleados horrorosos , no se esfuerzan en ayudarte , el hotel sucio , el baño de las habitaciones muy pequeño, nada confortable, el desayuno caro y escaso. Muy mal ubicado , aunque tiene una parada de bus cerca para ir al centro de colmar

Très bon accueil. Sejour calme. La salle de douche sera à renover bientôt. Petot déjeuner à volonté varié er de qualité A 2 pas d'un Buffalo Grill et du centre commercial

Une responsable d'établissement peu commerciale, voire insolente. Impossible d'obtenir 2 oreillers supplémentaires. Les couettes de la twin étaient plutôt faites pour des lits d'enfants. La propreté douteuse. . Cette dame nous a proposés de choisir un hotel de categorie superieure, voire un 4 * si nous n'etions pas satisfaits. Quant à la fidélité , elle est bien mal récompensée. Nous y descendons chaque année, dans 2 chambres, pour passer les fêtes avec notre famille alsacienne. Le prix des chambres à explosé et, comme à la SNCF, est exponentiel à mesure qu'on approche de Noël. 99 € le 23, 135 le 24 et 115 le 25....Bref, c'est la dernière fois que nous y viendrons.
